How to Change Owners Corporation Manager
If you’re not happy with your current Owners Corporation Manager, you can change to Ross-Hunt using the following steps.
Get a copy of your strata services contract of appointment.
Contact Ross-Hunt to get a quote. We will be happy to talk you through the process.
Organise an owners corporation committee meeting. (Alternatively, you can invite all owners to a Special General Meeting or arrange a postal ballot ).
Conduct a vote to appoint Ross-Hunt as the new owners corporation manager. You will need more than 50% of the owners to vote in favour of the change.
If the vote has been successful, contact us and we’ll take care of the rest, including notifying your current owner’s corporation manager.
