We are proud to introduce our new Owners Portal, Stratafy. You should have received a letter introducing this program, please note you will no longer be able to access the myStrata portal.

The portal gives owners the ability to :

  • Update your personal details 

  • View your levies

  • Log maintenance requests

  • View Minutes, AGM Notices & Other OC related documents

  • View the property noticeboard and any building announcements

In addition to the reports above, the Executive Committee members are able to view Live Financial Reports including;

  • Statement of Financial Performance

  • Detailed Expenses

  • Statement of Financial Position

  • Aged Arrears List
